About Your Guest:
Justin Gilleg was born and raised in Lacey WA. Attended, and played Football at Washington State University, and graduated from Widener School of Law in 2012.
Justin is currently the VP of Sales at DocuSign, with a decade of Sales Management Experience. Justin specializes in SaaS sales for the last 7 years and has worked to bring DocuSign’s agreement cloud to the HealthCare and Life Science industry for the last 5.
Justin Gilleg is a strong believer in hiring a diverse and balanced sales team to drive maximum potential and quota attainment. Justin is a member of BOLD at DocuSign and works as an advisor with Access2 to help bridge the job gap in the tech community by meeting people where they are through engaging, developmental experiences and resources. Justin also serves on the board for PAVE, which helps connect families who have children with disabilities get the support, information and resources they need to be successful.

About Your Host, Rubelyn Chu:
Rubelyn Chu is the Co-Founder of Access2, a sourcing and staffing marketplace that operates in tandem with community organizations. We help ensure that space is occupied by providing opportunity through events and storytelling through our unique platform, one of them being sports.
Rubelyn is part of the Alumni Advisory Board and Advisee in the Entrepreneurship Program at Northwest University and is a mentor to local high school and college students and in the local startup community. When she isn’t working, she can be found in the gym, going on road trips/traveling or with family and friends.
